Robert
Stevenson Stockman
Born
and resident in Ireland, has been involved in the world of performing
arts for many years. He has published several collections of poetry,
these have all been very successful in Ireland and in some other
corners of the world. Steve performs his poems to much acclaim.
He
is currently hosting his own music show on BBC Radio Ulster
- Rhythm 'N Soul, where he is also a regular contributor
to Thought For The Day. He was a director of the Greenbelt
Festival where he continues to contribute as a speaker and magazine
show host.
He
has written songs with Sam Hill, Sammy Horner and lain Archer
and is a regular speaker at Universities, schools, church conferences
and festivals.
On
top of all that Steve is The Dean of Residence at Derryvolgie
Hall, the Presbyterian residential centre at Queen's University
in Belfast which houses 88 students and young workers.

Samuel Hill
Born
in Scotland, Sam Hill was taught to sing and play guitar by
his musician father who had a passion for Scottish poetry .He
started writing songs at 10 years old.
Hill's
root are in Celtic folk and country, though he draws from soul
and jazz with an enduring love of the 'simple song' and songwriters
like Cockburn, Cohen, Young and Case.
His
live performances are marked by his passion and natural stage
presence.

Times
Hill
has performed throughout the UK, Ireland, Holland, USA and last
year performed at The Gift Festival in the former Soviet Republic
of Georgia. He recently worked in Nashville with producer Russ
Long best known for his work with Sixpence None The Richer
and musicians including the Al Perkins, Eric Dark, and guitarist
Phil Keaggy.
Hill
